Payment Plan Rate Question

Hello there,
according to our payment plan, the first installment should be deducted on the 15th. This hasn't happened yet, I hope it doesn't cause me any problems. I also opened a ticket regarding the plan or better i replied to the payment plan email and have not yet received a response. It would be great if someone could take a look at it. :) Thank you. The total shippment (shipping/tax/duty) for the actual Supporter Pack (2024 PoE2 EA) can go UP TO !! 266.37$ !! for Germany. Please GGG talk to your distributor and get some better deal!
