Early Access Items not Received

As the title states, I haven't received my early access items.

I've emailed support 3 times over this week and no reply.

I've @on twitter, I've messaged them on Facebook.

To top it off they don't have a phone service, in this day and age if you don't reply to emails at least provide someone to actually talk to.

Not happy and won't recommend the game to anyone until it's resolved.
