how it works Choir of the Storm in poe 2?

Hello, I have questions about how the Choir of the Storm amulet works. 1. How to increase the damage of this skill? From spells and from general damage and from damage from moons in the tree? 2. What is the CD of this skill? If I hit 10 times per second and they are all critical, will there be 10 lightning bolts?

You can scale the damage of via the following

1.
%/# Lightning damage
% Spell damage
% Critical multiplier (If your spec'ing into crit which with Choir you should)

As for the cooldown,

I don't know in POE2 what the internal cooldown is, though in POE1 it was changed for .5(2 times/second) to 0.2(5 times/second) somewhat recently so I'd assume in POE2 it would be .2(5 times/second)

Another thing to note is if you decide to use any damage conversion, POE2 calculates scaling converted damage via the following
- Damage+%Elemental damage -> converted type

This is different from poe1 which was the following

- Damage -> Converted type+%Elemental damage.

Just a good thing to keep in mind while exploring ways to scale the damage.
