Random death for Mind over Matter Sorc, what killed me?

Mind over Matter in T3 maps, no enemy projectiles or effects (as far as I can tell), not standing in fire either, just from one moment to the next mana gets zapped and instant death. The spell I used only needs 116 mana, I have 1277, so it's not my cast either.

looks like your typical one shot death in a poe game you got hit my some invisible lightning I guess you have max res also?

65% lightning res, so not max but alright.

One guy on Reddit had an idea: Maybe the projectile that hit me didn't render. Or my own spell got reflected (but why would it behave more like a dot instead of instant damage?).

I did open a Breach to the bottom left and ran out as I got overwhelmed, with plenty of Frost Walls in-between for cover :-/

Could we please get a damage recap that shows what dealt damage to you? I've also experienced the frustrating one second full life, next second dead, and no way to even figure out what happened. It would be really helpful to have a display showing all the damage/effects that happened when you die.

Ideally, would be nice to have some way to track it before you die, but especially on death, so you can learn from what happened.

To me it looks like you took Poison damage. The green Icon with the red border on the top left. This is consistent with the mana draining over time.

Of the source of the poison I am unsure.

But there is an animation looking like 3 impacts on your character exactly when the poison starts. So my guess would be some projectiles I can't see.

Or, what I am unsure of. Are breach monsters that are not yet displayed already active? Can they already attack the player if the players stands outside the breach ring?

My gues would be that there is cold dmg ground effect under you. You can clearly see that you have debuff on with -10 something and you char gets slowed.

My character is poison immune, so it's not that :)

Anyway, no clue what it was. But I took a break from playing until they release new content. The endgame just isn't it for me.
