Lost 10 exalted orbs

I have somehow lost a stack of exalted orbs across my account
I have looked on all my characters and stash tabs Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 5:17:18 AM

The only explanation I can think of that is plausable is that 10 were accidently traded instead of 1, alternatively I crashed when splitting them and they were lost
