Mind Over Matter not working properly?

I have the passive selected but when I get hit, my mana stays full and the damage gets pulled from my energy shield. Unless thats how its intended to work. I haven't tested it without CI.

Could be wrong here.... but it says all damage taken from mana before *life*, not ES, surprised it doesn't kill you outright... try running without CI

Mind Over Matter isn't functioning for me either whether I have chaos innoculation or not - the damage just comes from my ES/HP rather than mana.

ES first is the intended damage order.

With Mind over Matter it goes:

Energy Shield -> Mana -> Life

Sometimes it works correctly, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes my mana decreases before I die, and sometimes I die with full mana. Of course, the ES decreases first.

Below is an example where I died right after the ES decreased, having a full mana level.

I have the same problem man.. im lvl 88 with the same setup but i die with full mana all the time, it seems when my ES is depleted instead of draining mana i just die because i have 1 hp. Yet my friend who is lvl 70 can continue fighting with what looks like zero health and sheild as long as he has mana. Basically there is a bug somewhere that in the order of operations, when transitioning from ES damage to damage to my mana it just skips that step and hits my 1 hp. Then im dead with over 3k mana still in the bank... happens all the time. Ive watched my bars and numbers, 1 out of 6 times my energy shield depletes i start taking damage to my mana, as intended, but the other 5 times i just fall over dead. This bug, the bug that denies you your 4th acendancy until you complete sekamas and trial of chaos, and some wonky exchanges in the currency exchange have been the worst parts of my 90 levels so far.

Having the same issue, as soon as the energy shield is out, damage comes straight from life.

Just happened to me in 2 back to back maps. Full mana, insta killed by what looks to be ignite. Not sure.
