About the invoker's ascendancy point.

Does the shocked ground part actually work ? I shock literally ALL the time multiple mobs and I never see any shocked ground ever, the chance is 25% to create shocked ground on shocking an enemy...? Bugged or what.

Yeah, something seems off with this. I send storm wave into huge packs, shocking tons of monsters. I see the shock effect on the monsters and their corpses, but I almost never see shocked ground.
