did they hotfix Zalarmarth / titan one shot knife?

it one shot me on cruel with 3750 life on hardcore but when i tried it again today on normal it did little damage (same character).

Checked cruel again and I still get oneshot. 1.7k life and 1.7k ES.

Edit: Nothing else in this fight does anywhere near that level of damage... I'm running around tanking every attack and nothing is even getting through ES to life. Tanking every fireball from the spray attack, tanking the lasers, tanking every falling rock, tanking the entire optic blast without standing behind the sword. If anything, this boss needs all his other moves buffed and the scrape massively fixed.
