Endless Blizzard Bug

As an invoker, taking endless blizzard on skill tree adds +1 to cold spells on cold gems on tooltip as intended, except that spells damage don't increase.

I'm having the same problem with my invoker character.
It looks like they get +1 point on cold spells but they don't increase damage. |
