Support Team Response Time

Sent through an email about 10 days ago regarding my banned PoE account and the possibility of either unbanning or unlinking the account from my main steam account. I understand that the support team has been struggling to keep up with the large amount of support tickets but I'm just wondering if anyone else has sent a support request as of recent, and if you've received a response, how long did it take for that response to come through?

That's depressing, guess I'm not touching PoE 2 this year.
It takes too long...
I contacted the support on 11th, Dec, 2024.
And today is 17th, Dec, 2024.

I got a reply and it's 'Wait, patience.'. That's all.

OMG.
I would taper your expectations. I've been waiting 3 weeks for my issue.
