Cruel Bog Witch Ignagduk not giving skill points

Have killed the bog witch multiple times and have not received the 2 skill points. Map shows that she is highlighted and able to give the skill points on kill. Stuck on 22 of 24 points. Last bumped on Dec 22, 2024, 10:01:32 AM

Same, been trying for 5 days now still can't get my points for it

stuck at 22/24 as well and that is the only skull still highlighted on my map.
