Campaign Not Completed Poe2

My sorc character on standard poe2 cannot access maps, because one of the quests bugged. Making the game tell me I haven't completed the campaign even though I have. The bugged quest npc I'm supposed to talk to is not giving the option to advance to the next area. Which is bricking the character. It will not let me do maps on that character because of that.

Bugged quest is "Legacy of the vaal" which should start cruel, but i already done cruel and at lvl 64 for now. Cant access maps on char

Also have this problem. I have completed Act 3 Cruel but it tells me to travel east in act 1. Tried killing Act 1 boss again but you still can't get the cimamatic and "travel east" again, How do i complete this again?

Some throuble

Complete 1 map using the public mapdevice, talk to Doryani just to make sure and unlock your private mapdevice in your HO.


Had this issue on all of my alts and fixed it this way every single time.
