Reforge Bench Ate Items

I opened the reforging bench in the hideout and then control + clicked tier 3 magic waystones to put them quickly. I've done this before with no issues but this time the waystones disappeared. I can still manually put items into the slots.

While writing this I alt-tabbed back into the game and the quick move function did not work (nothing happened). I logged out and back in and the function worked as normal. No idea what happened to lost waystones.

Edit: They were in an atlas node.

I noticed that if you open up your atlas before using the reforge bench, and ctrl-click waystones, they go into the atlas instead. They should be there.

When you logged out, it reset that strange interaction.
