Lord Ogham Supporter Pack Rewards wrong account

It's been 6 days since I sent an email to support@grindinggear.com and I haven't received a response. I purchased the Lord of ogham supporter pack. But the coins and cosmetics went to the wrong account (b1cKs#7112), I need the problem corrected, the correct account I need to receive my items is: bicks#1523. I need to receive my coins to buy the chest tabs, this is really bothering me
