Remove xp on death penalty

There's no benefit in having this, it doesn't promote better play in the endgame when the current state of the game is not at an optimized point. There are too few visual indicators to create readible player reactions, while too many scenarios that are unavoidable.

example: mobs exploding and 1-shotting after loot blocks all visuals and/or mob dies on a corner section where visibilty is poor. There's a lack of player mitigation to believe this system is necessarcy and wastes time.

In the event that this is changed, all exp that is lost should be retroactively refunded back to the players. More importantly, an in-game notice should explain when this system activates.

imo this sounds like there should just be less 1 shots and better visual indicators for post-death explosions - which has already begun to be addressed as of today's patch.
