Unique drops

I have a level 44 sorceress (finished act 3) and a ~level 15 monk (finished act 1). Sure, it’s not huge yet, but it feels a bit weird that across both of these I’ve found zero uniques.

I’m hearing others found 4+ uniques before finishing act 1 (which honestly sounds like too much)

Honestly I don’t really mind (yet) that I haven’t found any uniques, and RNGesus might bless me with 10 uniques in the next 2 gaming hours, but unless I’m hitting the 6-sigma outliers here it seems like unique drops could be made slightly more uniform.
