Time-Lost Jewel Affixes

As it stands I cant figure out, or it has been implemented, how to search for Time-Lost Jewel Affixes on trade. "Small Passive Skills in radius grant (...)" isn't a trade filter I could find to price or find certain jewels.

Huge bump. These jewels are essentially impossible to buy or sell atm unless you are prepared to spend hours and hours searching through all of them listed for one that you want.
