ฺBug Lighting arrow skill

I have a problem with Lighting arrow skill after I upgraded this skill to level 15, I cannot Use this skill.
However, I sent it to my friend to test and he can use this. and I tried to uncut another one and I can use this gem.


P.S. I have +2 to level of all projectile skill on my quiver but I can use it before I upgraded to lv 15
