Email support is not responding to emails.

Hello,

It's been almost two weeks since I've receives a response from my emails, not a single "we are busy", "we got your ticket" etc. and I am unsure what I need to do to get help with a mistake that I made during the supporter pack purchase.

Can anyone please assist me with getting a response to my email that I sent?
