PS5 Critical Accendent trial bug can not respawn

On PS5, there’s an issue in co-op mode where, if we die, we cannot respawn. The screen stays stuck on the death screen, and no buttons work. I have to force close the game app and reopen the game to start over.

ONE more thing critical too is the lockon system, I can not touch the crytal in time because of the character lock on the monsters.
I can not pass the trial because of this. |
