PoE2 - Chat Banned - Still No Response
Hi,
On Thu, Dec 12, at 11:42 PM I sent an email regarding a chat ban to support@grindinggear.com, it's been four days and I still have no response. I understand it's the holidays and with the surge of popularity of the game you guys are probably in over your head right now. I was banned from global chat for 12 days for seemingly no reason. I've done nothing in chat except ask for help with bosses, trade, and help others with bosses. I've never been even remotely disrespectful to anyone in chat so I'm not sure why my account has been chat banned. I was hoping I could get a reasoning for the ban or have it removed, I never even got a message of why I was banned. Just logged in and couldn't chat. Thanks for the assistance.
