Respawn at Checkpoint should have a delay of a few seconds to prevent cheating death
This feature can totally prevent deaths from DoTs, getting cornered, and anything else you can react to. While hardcore is hard enough, I think it's more interesting to be able to die to these things instead of only unreactable deaths.
This would also mean players would need to be held in an instance for a few seconds after logging out, but it may be possible to do this without affecting unintended disconnects because a disconnected player already has to wait for the server to go some amount of time without receiving packets to boot them.
