No access to PoE2 trade ( also, PoE2 character is not showing up on webpage)

Hello,
I have a premuim tab, I am trying to sell wares. I have checked to make sure its a public visable tab, I listed prices, However I do not see the items for sale on PoE2 trade. I noticed I do not have a PoE2 character listed on the website either. Last bumped on Dec 27, 2024, 1:11:08 PM

Oddly enough, i've sold things just fine in PoE2. However, today I was looking to upgrade a piece of gear, only to discover that the query failed because i didn't have a character logged in. Mind you, it's telling me this AS i'm playing. Any attempts to figure out why through browsing my account info has failed. I'm seeing no options to link/update/sync my poe and poe2 stuff.

I would love to trade but i have the same issue. Also it says i created my account for POE in 2015 (Never played the game) and i never made my name Basaratojo. please help staff
