Passive tree changes prices

This is the biggest barrier to class diversity atm! I have had to start 2 new characters because of how expensive it is. And yes, that's party my own fault but also I do believe it would be VERY beneficial to lower the cost significantly and allow players to experiment with different builds! Loving so many other things though!! Continue the awesome work!
