Life regen needs nerfing

As the title suggests, life regen is far too potent, especially on uniques. Today, I and another person, had to just die and reset the affixes because apparently two people just shooting a mob nonstop is not enough to make the regen stop. Only thing we could do is drop grenades to lowers its hp,but by the time the CD is up the mob is back to full.

This, I assume, is not intended. Also, this is in lvling content. I am sure that at higher levels there are builds, etc. which can counter some of this; but in lvling content the concept of a "build" should NOT exist. You are LVLING. Regen is currently about as busted as the extra shield affix on scarab mobs whereby they spawn faster than squirrels reproduce and you can never put enough damage in before being swarmed and it resets

I think it works as intended. Sometimes a mob is just too strong to kill it so you have to come back later after you char is stronger. That said I hate the high regen mobs too. ^^
