Lost the Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum

Hi,
I was halfway doing the Trial of Chaos Act 3 Cruel using the Chimeral Inscribed Ultimatum when my PC crashed and now I am not able to get the Inscribed Ultimatum back and unable to clear the Trial of Chaos quest for Act 3 C Cruel. Anyone out there knows how to get the Chineral Inscribed Ultimatum back? Thanks in advance. Last bumped on Dec 23, 2024, 5:55:05 PM

You can try killing the Chimera again. Usually if a lose a quest item, you can get it back from wherever you got it in the first place.

I was lost my item and can not return him. Killed Chimers 10 time and not drops.... ************* |

If you fail the quest version of ultimatum the item is usually left in the device. Pick it out and insert it again.
