Help to unlock account

I need help from a moderator to see if they can clarify or assist with what happened. A week ago, I sent an email to support@ to let them know I needed to change my email, as it seems someone had accessed my account a long time ago and changed it. 72 hours later, my account was blocked, supposedly for my security (without me requesting it). I immediately replied, telling them not to block my account, as I still had access and this wasn’t what I wanted.

24 hours later, with no response, I sent another email, asking them to please unblock my account. I explained that I only wanted to change my email, but I didn’t get a reply.

Another 24 hours later, they sent me an email asking for some information to verify if the account was mine... which I provided. It has now been another 24 hours, and I’ve heard nothing.

At this point, I’ve been unable to play for three days because they blocked my account without me requesting it. I understand they might be overwhelmed, but I don’t understand why the response time is the same for new requests as it is for ongoing ones.

I need you to expedite this process or tell me what to include in my email to get my account unblocked right away, as I don’t want to be stuck in a conversation with a 48-hour delay, only to have my account unlocked a week from now.

I was in the exact scenario as you. Unfortunately I still am. I haven't had a response for over two weeks so I wouldnt expect anything soon

I've been waiting for a week, as of today. So far no response or even an automated response from the support email.
I’m still waiting for a moderator to tell me how to make this easier...

What I don't want is for them to reply to me in 2 days asking about something else, which I respond to immediately, and then another 2 days... and so on until a month has passed. I'm simply asking what information I need to provide or what I need to do so that in the next email, they unlock my account.

It doesn't make sense that they take the same amount of time to respond to new messages as they do to ones they've already replied to... I'm worried that after 3 days, I'll get another generic message asking for the names of the characters, or who knows what, and then have to wait yet another week.

Please clarify my doubts so I can speed up the process; this will benefit both support and myself.
