2D elements and UI are scaling with resolution
Most modern games separate the internal resolution for the actual game like environment and characters from any UI or 2D elements, that way the UI don't get affected from the lower resolutions, and poe 2 doesn't have this right now, if you use FSR for example you get artifacts even on some parts of the world map menu and it's very distracting and it shouldn't be happening in the first place
