Unlinking account

Hi

I would like to unlink my PS5 account and I have sent an email about it already but havent received any email back do you guys know how long it usually takes or is there any other way to get in touch with support to unlink the account?

EDIT* Its been two weeks now since I have sent an email and still nothing :/

Wouldn't it be better to allow us to unlink the accounts without a need to contact support?
