Account not updated on website?

I play on Xbox and i buy the supporterpack to get access to Preview/EA. That worked great and i get access and even my tabs from poe1. But when i log in here with username from Xbox Trondalicious#8224 it says i have not bought PO2 yet.. Can i do something to fix it myself or wait for GGG techcrew to sort me out? I can play and all but want to access forum to sell and buy stuff and use my public tabs.

Same problem here... On my XBox everything is fine I can play with my XBox account Nehli#7511 but here on the website it says "Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now." I have also linked an old playstation account and a steam cause I would like to buy the PC version too but I'm afraid the link between accounts could be broken and I won`t be able to share accounts as intended at the moment.

I have 2 accounts and both say i dont have poe2 access. On my ps5, my chimera pet from twitch even went to my old account so i cant use it

Unfortunately I have the same issue! Does anyone have a solution to this issue as currently I will not be able to apply loop filters :(

Hey there, Exiles.
When playing Early Access on console, the my-account/early-access page typically only shows if an account is eligible to participate in Early Access on PC. However, if you have purchased Early Access on console, and are still eligible to do so with no issues, then there should be no problems with this. I hope that helps clear things up. Regarding trade for Path of Exile 2, players must log in to the Path of Exile 2 website to attempt trading in Path of Exile 2.
