It has been ten days since I sent the ticket, still no response.
I sent an email a day ago regarding the incorrect installation of the support package, but I still haven't received a response; I'm starting to think that the support email has been ignored. We are not even informed about whether the emails have been received.

They aren't ignoring you i assure you, Its just the overwhelming player turnout slowing things down.
As long as the email was delivered then they will definitely get to you when they can. Innocence forgives you

Technically you don't know if the email even got through. A lot of emails have bounced and email is not a guaranteed delivery. *IF* the email got through, they *MAY* help.

same problem here, 10 days wait and no answer, not funny, and no information about the akount problems from many playern. i have ingame no coins slashtabs skins pets. all the things on my poe1 akount, and in poe2 i get a new akountname withount all my things

14 days since I was double charged EA $100 USD pack. No response. Seems to be everyone who needs billing support is being ignored.

Its important we don't send huge waves of additional emails not only will it just add to the pile but as a staff member mentioned in another thread it could potentially make things take longer. They contacted me from that day on and asked for information about the account and payments. I hope they don't have to wait another ten days to get in touch with me again. Thank you for addressing my issue.

" can we at least have the FAQs expanded by someone? Beeing in the dark after buying something that requires support to be used is just frustrating. The current FAQs are not covering many current issues since launch.
