Supporter Pack which cannot use

I bought the Supporter Pack for POE2 (Orgham) from Steam Website. This created a new account for me. Problem is cannot transfer to POE 1 account - which has all my stashes and MTX currencies. Tried Linking, everything, but to no avail.
Contacted GGG Support (5 days ago) but no answer or solution. I feel like I wasted 59 Euros on a Supporter pack which I am unable to use. This idea of mixing GGG with other Gaming Platforms was handled erratically for the unattentive gamer. Spending money which one cannot use efficiently. Hope a Solution is provided.
