Ascent to power - game crash in ascendancy room

Game crashed after beating trials boss when I was in the ascendancy room. I now have the quest "Ascent to Power - use the Altar of Ascendancy to choose your Ascendancy" but I cannot get back to the room to choose an Ascendancy. This was my first time beating the trials.

Same thing happened to me. It's infuriating. They wont do anything about compensating you. Hopefully they can make it so that you can port back into the room if the trial is completed, just in case we disconnect for any reason.
