[POE 2] Volatile dead sending you to login screen AND ending instance

Hello, i have come across this annoying bug whenever i click volatile dead, the game boots me to the login screen and the instance it happens on closes. After a while i get a message that it "can't spawn a level 112 monster".

Note: the way i know the instance closes is that, when it first happened (on a t7 yellow waystone), the portals disappeared, i then reproduced it with t1 waystones and it happens as well, in the video i just teleport to the bog on a3c and it also happens.

Further testing is required to confirm the crashing of the instance to other players in coop.
