PoE2 Thaumaturge of Vaal pack question.

I upgraded to the Thaumaturge supporter/early access pack on steam when I saw that it also included an extra EA key to the game. I have not received any e-mails/notifications on the PoE website, or alerts on steam.

I did opt out of the t-shirt, as I have far too many game/graphic tees at this point.

Did opting out of the shirt cost the extra key, or something? Will it be e-mailed to the connected account? I've been unable to find anything on the issue.

You should be able to view your Early Access status and any extra client keys and Early Access keys under the Early Access page on your account. If it is not present, please contact support@grindinggear.com
I submitted a ticket two days ago, but forgot to mension that there's nothing under the EA section of the website, only that I purchased and upgraded on steam. Should I update the message, or wait until I get a reply? I'd rather not be a bother to anyone, but I'm not sure what's pertinent regarding the problem. This account, on the main website, does not seem to reflect anything in regards to my PoE1/2 accounts on steam (i.e. character level from the first game, premium currency amount).

Edit:
It would appear I have two accounts on the website. I am unable to find the one connected to PoE1/2 as it does not appear to be the one I used when creating my most recent account connected to steam. When I try to link accounts, it gives a warning that I am overriding/replacing the other.

If I accept the override, what will happen to my current account/one that has the purchases and whatnot?
