Act 2 Cruel - Kabala, Constrictor Queen - skillpoint book not dropping

I had finished the campaign on a second character but noticed I didn't have the skill point quest complete for Act 2 Cruel - Kabala, Constrictor Queen. I killed her but nothing dropped. I don't recall killing her so it feels bugged out.
On a side note, I don't have the Kabala Clan Relic for that act. I have the Sun Clan Relic (from The Bone Pits) but have been doing multiple full clears of Keth and haven't dropped the Kabala Clan Relic. Maybe I have bad info on where/how to drop it? Last bumped on Mar 15, 2025, 8:06:41 PM

Original post deleted. Turns out logging in put me in Normal mode today, not Cruel. No idea why.

Not solved for me, I don't have the skill books from normal or cruel and no book when I kill her in either..

i just killed her act2 cruel with my third character and the book dont drop i repeat the kill 3 times more but still i dont have the book and the map says its killed so i lost 2 passive points

I just had this happen to me Keth - Kabala, Constrictor Queen Act2-5 cruel and she did not drop the skill book I have reset the zone twice but will try it again a few times.
BTW I did get the book on the first kill in act 2. Also I have not had the Relic drop in teh Keth zone when trying to get the skill book from Constrictor Queen. Up. I also just resent the keth zone 3 times and the Kabala boss has yet to drop the book. I did the Titan area first, then went down into the list City and killed everything the and below before I realized I hadn't fought Kabala yet, went and found her, killed her, but no book and the waypoint map still shows her as not dead yet. I will try restarting the game.

Restarting the game did not fix this issue. I will try resetting the zone a few more times then if that doesn't work I'll see if progressing the story will help

So the book never dropped. Or if it did, I didn't realize it dropped. But apparently was in my inventory and once I used it then the boss icon on the waypoint map showed as having been completed.
