Honour Trials are absolute trash.

Title says it all.


There is nothing fun about this experience. Ive not seen one person who enjoys it, so why is it here?

I can see what you were trying to do in regards to trying to make this an interesting and different way to interact with the game to gain your ascendency skill points. However, its just not fun. I just tried it for the first time and I was level 25 (3 levels above the suggested). Now I am playing a sorceress and have about 400 points of energy shield. So rarely during the time I was in the maps did I drop into my actual health, but I died in the 4th room the first try and the 6th room the second try. So the Honour system feels more punishing than it should be. If I survive, I should be able to move on.

Also, I hated the trials in POE1 and I am sad you are using a similar idea here. Do something different. Only 3 rooms maybe, 10 minutes max to complete the whole ordeal.

I really want it to be FUN... and its just not.

Also, both times once I hit zero honour, my game froze. No "Exit Trial" or "Return to Start" came up. I had to hit Esc (while I was playing with a controller) and exit to character selection screen. This seems like a bug.
