Missing 300 Gold Points from $30 Founders Pack Purchase

I am writing to report an issue with my recent purchase of the $30 Founders Pack for Path of Exile 2 (POE2) on STEAM. Despite completing the purchase, I have not received the expected 300 gold points.

I have similar issue except I purchased Early Access from the POE website. On the website my points appear on my account, as well as the drops I got.

However, in-game nothing appears. I have tried what I have seen others recommend which is to open the MTX store and let it sit. I also tried downloading and opening the store on POE1. Nothing has worked.
I also tried purchasing a small amount of points thru Steam to see if that will update my balance, the new points I purchased appeared but not the points on the website.

I have wanted to upgrade my EA pack, but since there is this issue I have not wanted to purchase anything else until this gets fixed.

I play on Steam Deck/PC.
