Iron Reflexes and refund passives

Hello, I have a problem with the node Iron Reflexes in the skill tree, it only gives you the evasion of the items into armour, and it doesnt apply all the evasion you really have, I had 74% of evasion and now I got only 34% of armour after expending 10 skill points to reach the node.

Another problem is that when you refund the ascendancy points of the pathfinder, in the skills of Brew Concoction when you refund it if you have gems in the skill you lose all the Support Gems and you need too use the Uncut support Gem items to get them again.
