Chronomancer Passive

So, basically, this is a post so GGG puts a VSF when 33% cooldown recovery triggers. Its super fun to fish for triggers, but I need a visual indicator of that trigger so I dont have to look at my spells constantly. Thanks.

You're absolutely right, but the Chronomancer's problems go further than that. Time Stop and Temporal Rift are solid, but the cooldown side of the tree is pretty unfriendly on the user, and we don't really have a lot of great payoffs or supports for it either for the time being.
