Nerf sea hag

This is the only monster that need either a cooldown nerf to her abilities or only one ability should slow. Bc the spam is unreal and any Melee character just can't play the game. For context, I die before i hit the ground if I jump with leap slam.

yes this unit needs to be changed, insta kill cannot be real, for a white mob!
