How do I make a Guild Hideout in PoE II?

I donated my Hideout to the Guild on the site (and I’m the Leader), but I don’t know how to make it the actual Guild Hideout in the game. No one else in my Guild can go there.

If you go to alva I think you can select your guild hideout. After I did that yesterday I was able to type in /guild to fast travel there but today that command did not work. Going back to Alva today I was able to port back to the hideout through alva but the command did not initially work. very confusing how this system works.

The option may only be available in your own hideout alva though as the alva in zigg town did not have the guild hideout selection after checking there. After I did go to my guild hideout once today now the /guild command seems to work again. I'm so confused myself lol.

I don't think the Guild Hideout is not fully operational. Currently seems like the leader has to be on in order for it to exist, my guildmate hasn't been able to go there unless I'm logged in.
