Eye of winter + scatter shot doesnt work?

I'm able to slot scatter shot into Eye of winter but it doesn't appear to do anything or work as expected.
Am I missing something, is it a bug that it isn't working or that the gem is compatible? Last bumped on Dec 17, 2024, 6:13:25 AM
