Same issue here. Got the code from a friend and redeemed but doesn't have access in the game :(

Click on user name when logged into site.
Go to path of exile 2 early access See if you have the code linked to your epic account. Note: one of them says that is only allows access to the client. There is another code that gives your account access to the EA. Check to make sure that the account you are on in the site is linked to your Epic/Steam accounts. Dude can you be more clear? What side Exile or Epic? I have a code for Epic. The Exile providing me a message that I have no access. So ????? I used the code to install and everything was ok till the login in Exile 2… the support mail does not respond or it is off. I cannot send a question on support@grindinggears.com… I starting to be angry as hell
