POE 2 - Ligurium Talisman Unique Bug

Ligurium Talisman has:

"

Life Regeneration is applied to Energy Shield instead

And works for passive tree things like "Regenerate 0.2% of Life per second", But does not work for "20% increased life regeneration rate"

So my Character sheet gives me lets say 50 Life Regen per second without the amulet on, but only 40 Energy shield per second with it on.

I am having the exact same issue

Bumping this. And adding a bit of my own.

This also makes any life regen in your gear be substantially worse, as, at the present, you cannot scale it up with percentage increases due to this bug.

And if it isn't a bug, it should well damn be treated as one.
