Never dying/Reviving Rare

Had some rares in Apex of Filth (Act 3) That kept reviving.

Everytime I killed them they dropped on the floor and just popped back up after a second. Killed them like 10 times but kept happening. No loot, no EXP or anything from them. It was a Flathead Warrior rare, and it also affected his minions.
