MTX sharing

Hi,

I purchased POE2 early access on my Xbox but have played the majority of my time on POE1 on PC, purchasing all of my MTX on there.

I would like to be able to access my previously purchased MTX stash tabs within POE2 on my Xbox (and spend my currency on any further tabs I am missing)

From what I have seen linking accounts will only provide a sub account on my Xbox where the MTX can be accessed, making them inaccessible to my current POE2 character.

Before I do anything,I want to check my options. Will merging accounts resolve this issue? Additionally, if I merge my PC account into my Xbox will I clear out the POE2 character I have already made? (Also what happens to the characters and gear I had on POE1 from the PC account?)

Apologies if this has already been answered elsewhere, I've struggled to find much information on this process thus far.

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
