Bug with alchemy omen (probably others too)

So I used a Omen of Sinistral Alchemy and an alchemy in a map and it didn't do anything obviously this was to max out prefixes as they are the rewarding side, if its intended to work like this it should be specified in the omen.

You have to activate the omen first using right click.
Alchemy orbs are meant to be used on normal (white) items. |
