Can we please stop with the permanent quest reward options like the Venom Draught?

We had the same problem with the Bandit quest in poe 1. At least there we could pay and change it, but it is an awful game design option to have made a wrong choice, or a right choice for the time that is not beneficial for the end game. For example picking +10 chaos resist and then getting Chaos Inoculation.
