PoE1 - Please move Titanic Impacts to a better spot on the passive tree

Why is Titanic Impacts placed next to Dervish instead of next to Destroyer? It's ruining my entire passive tree. Moreover, if you leave the Duelist area through Dervish, there are no good nodes to use to reach the outside of the passive tree. Meanwhile, on the Destroyer side, there is Golem's Blood you always want take.

I propose to have Cloth and Chain and Titanic Impacts switch places. That way Titanic Impacts are closer to other 2h nodes, and if you're dual wielding, you can use Cloth and Chain to reach the outside of the passive tree.
